So iv'e had this rim for about a month now, and its been great! I went through my single wall rim in the first week had to true it then bent it badly again, so i decided to get this rim. For the whole wheel with a flip flop hub it cost me about 60 dollars Canadian. I am fairly hard on my rims since im just learning and have cased quite a few times and alot of hard uneven landings. I have had no pinch flats or flat spots in rim! It has been holding great and came out of true once but that was my fault. Didnt check spoke tension (wasnt set up right to begin with) But since then its been great.

I ran brakes on it for about a week, broke my lever took em off. My brakes werent dialed because i was missing washers and it still stopped good. The only bad thing is that the rim has little kind of rivets in it and it gets a black line around the rim.

Pros:

Cheap
Not that heavy
Very strong

Cons:

Doesnt come in chrome
Black marks left with brakes on silver rim


Personally i like this rim and its treated me well, though i rather have a triple just to be safe.

I give this rim a 8.5/10.
