[HOW-TO] Toboggan.

This is my favourite trick in the book. i found it best to start learning it over a box jump, and then progress it to a hip or bank.

1. get to the box with enough speed to clear it maybe more if you feeling nervous then you can land flat or at the bottom of the tranny.

2. lift up as you normally would and when you level out and tuck. (pushing out the bars and bring the bike up) instead of tucking you pull back the bars with whichever had you fell comfortable with. (i grab the seat with my right hand) and pull the bars straight with my left hand all in one flowing motion.

3. when your in this bit of the trick make sure you have it perfect.

4. after this you can move it on to a more tweaked version. once you've grabbed your seat, push the hand with the bars forward, and kind of lift your hand with the seat up, and shift you backside over the back tire. this means the arm holding the bars should be fully extended.

5. once you have it dialled on the box take it to a hip. when you do it here it is very important not to over tweak as you could lose you sight of the landing so make sure you have full concentration.

this is one of the most stylish tricks around and once you have it you can keep tweaking until you have toboggans as dialled as Mr. Ian Schwartz
