This is my first how to. I didnt see a 180 one up here and i searched, but didnt see one.
1. Make a quick, short, carve to the way you are going to spin.
2. Pull your front end up during your carve.
3. Still during the carve bunny hop and make sure your head is facing the way you are going to land.
4. Throw your hips/legs the opposite way your head is going. Start spotting your landing. Try to even your bike out to make a cleaner landing
5. as your looking at your landing spot be ready to land.
Just keep practicing this and you'll get them dialed.
