[Review] ODYSSEY Linear Slic Kable
   by Jerome Yenishiwai | 09 Oct 2005 11:19 pm

I went down to my local bike shop and picked a Odyssey Linear Slic Kable (Glow-in-the-Dark). Yes it does glow in the dark..

The installation is pretty hard just cutting and tighting. This cable i alot thicker then other cables and is harder the cut. The cable comes in as "50. It Is well worth it. the braking power is very responsive. When using this cable its alot easier to dial your brakes.i can tire tap with one finger on a black rim.  When using this i recommend buying a new straddle cable because it will be a pain in the ass to tighten.  The spinning is  way easier, now i can barspin and land half way and still be able to ride. Before on my DK Slic ide land half way and my brakes would lock and ide go fallling.

Here are some pics:

I Give this Product 9.7/10.

Costs: about $8 USD
