Tired of those broken spokes and bent dropouts? Well I was too so I decided to go along and make me some fork lips for my front and back. here is the complete guide of making them.

supplies

1. Steel. 1/4 of a inch thick
2. Hacksaw or jig saw or and metal cutting device.
3. cresent wrench.
4. vise.
5. Drill.
6. Drill bit (size that fits your axle).

 Steps

1. Cut the steel 2x4.
2. At 1 1/2 inches long ways put the part in the vice adgust your wrench to fit the metal and bend just a little bit.
3. Then drill your hole for you axle.

and wala!!!!! you have a fork lip you may have to trip a little bit off the part to make it fit  your bike
