[Review] ODYSSEY GI Pegs
   by turndown/dean stacy | 18 Feb 2006 3:21 pm

I am doing a review of the Odyssey GI pegs. I got them off Dans Comp along time ago, way back in February of 05 with my complete bike. I picked them out because they were really cheap (around 15 bucks) and boy are they a deal for as long as theyve lasted. I have ridden these on the right side just about the whole time since, except for a couple days when I was feeling adventurous and took off my pegs.

For the most part, I ride street and park and as many of you know, I love concrete ledges. Ever since Ive gotten these pegs, I have beaten the crap out of them and Im still running the same one in the back. Im sure if I rode street as much as I wanted, I wouldve probably had to rotate them by now, but I havent yet. Basically these pegs are the best buy for the money and come with anti spin pins and adapters. They are slightly heavier than most pegs, if your a weight whore or ride mostly park, get kink lites (NOT ANIMALS-no anti roll pins = pain in the butt). If you ride alot of street, do alot of grinds, these pegs are for you.

Pros:
+ comes w/ adapters for 3/8 axles
+ anti roll pins
+ last a long time
+ come in black/silver

Cons:
- they are little on the heavy side at 21 oz a pair (like i said, if your a weight whore or ride park there are better options)

Costs: around $14.99 USD
