How to do a squeaker-(Flatland)
   by nate-14 | 12 Apr 2006 10:37 am

Trick description:
A squeaker is where you do a footjam endo, place the foot thats not being worked out on the peg for balance then scuff (hit the tire back with your foot) backwards so you start rolling backwards.

A squeaker can be a fun trick to mess around with while bored if you ride street or can be a very good link for a die hard flatlander. I do squeakers every time i go out to ride at my spot and they never get old
First off,  Squeakers are mostly done brakeless but brakes can help. If your doing them brakeless, purposely go forward over the bars a couple times so you're not afraid of going over them for the first time.

Tips:
-With brakes: scuff the tire, brake, scuff the tire, brake so basically when your foot isn't on the tire, your brake is on for balance
-Keep most your weight
on centered over your front peg.
-Learn footjam endos first before, the foot you do one with is the foot that will be scuffing the tire
-If your scared for the first time, go up to curb, raise your back end against the curb then just get into position as you would in a squeaker and just start scuffing
-Practice these first in a grass or soft area where you can fall
-Keep your arms straight the whole time, if you bend your left elbow you'll start swirving to the right
-Try these if your a street rider, you'll have fun with them and impress your friends
