[Review] Terrible One Forks
   by hgermainpare | 24 Aug 2006 4:05 pm

I bought these forks several months ago,and damn,These are indestructible. They are a shedload of weight,at 3.43lbs.You fans of featherweights won't ride these forks, but for the "average"riders,it's a very good deal. They cost me 155$can. These forks have a lifetime guarantee against breaking or bending (manufacturer defects). They have 1/4 thick dropouts, and the steerer tube is cnc'd.

Specs
  • Recessed welded lock nut for easy headset installation and maintenance.
  • 0.065 wall, 1 1/4" o.d. tubing
  • Choose 14mm or 3/8 dropouts
  • Colours: Black or Blue
  • Weight: 3.25 lbs
Pros
  • Cheap
  • Strong
Cons
  • Heavy
  • Pegs don't fit flush in the dropouts
Total
I'd give a 8/10. It lost points because it's stupidly heavy and the drop outs are low resulting in the pegs not fitting flush.
