[Review] Macneil SL Seat/Post combo
   by blkbike | 29 Mar 2007 4:00 pm

I really Like this setup. Though there are alot of companys using this technology now, which bothers me because I really dont like seeing completes everywhere that have the same parts as my custom.
The setup is ver light as you may know already, but the best part is ease of instilation and adjustment. There is nothing easier than this. There is a screw underneath the lil patch on the top of the seat to adjust everything. One word... SIMPLE. Ive had these for about 2 or 3 months now and I only have one lil rip. I know some people dont like this post because you cant slam it. I acually like it because it leaves your leg some room to pull turndowns and lookbacks, which are some of my favorite tricks. but you can get the stump post if you really need to slam your setup. The only problem that I have with this combo is that they have killed about 3 crotches out of my pants. The nose is really stiff if you have it leant up and will jab you very hard.

Duration: 2/3 Months

Pros:
Looks!
adjustment/set up
no guts to strip
strong

Cons:
Doesnt slam
lil rip
guch killer

Rating: 8.9/10
