[Review] Season Skaggle Grips
   by turndown | 18 Apr 2007 2:06 pm

I cant remember how long Ive had these grips, but I know its been at least 5 months and they are just starting to show a bit of wear. They are still soft and dirt doesnt seem to stick to them at all. They took a little bit to break in, but once they break in, they are amazing. Another great thing about these grips is that for 7 bucks, they are on the low end of the price scale, but the quality is on the high end. You seriously cant get a better grip for the money, or even for more money.

I have a spot right under where my right ring finger and pinky finger connect to my hand that always wears out faster on grips, and that is the spot below. The rubber isnt hard or anything once the little ribs wear away but its not as comfortable so I just rotate them or switch the sides they are on. Im sure I will get another 5 months out of these grips. I definetely love these grips but wish they came in more colors (they were originally supposed to). I dont mind the grey, but just different colors would be cool.

Specs: Grips by Season Bike Co, come in brown or grey. Ribbed mushroom design.

Pros: Soft, lasts quite awhile, cheap

Cons: only comes in brown or grey

Rating: 9.5/10 because they need to get more colors!

Cost: about 7 USD.
