[Review] KHE Foldable Street Tires
   by Carsten Bonde | 13 Nov 2007 2:01 pm

Aren't they hot? I know.

I've had these tires for about 4 month now, and all I can say it "wow". There has been a lot of hype about these tyres, there are some haters on this tire, but thats their own fault, because they got the park
or the flatland tyre which has really thin sidewalls, and its those people who get all the flats.

In all the time I've had these I haven't had a single flat tyre with them !!!

Well, I have but that's to due broken spokes that punctured the tube from the inside, which was 100% not the tires fault.

Enough of that, I've said it. If you like to have flats take the park tyres or the flatland. If you hate flats and wont have em. get the Street tire and pump em to the MAX! 120 PSI/80 Bar!

This is how they look on my bike

They are sweet.

And their grip is just endless its amazing it just keep on gripping.
and the biggest hype about em... Light!

• Flatland version: 300g, 40mm width (1.7).
• Park version: 329g for 2.10 (1.90 or 2.1 size).
• Street version (with stronger sidewall): 424g, 55mm width (2.1).
• All have a max. psi of 120lbs.

And is Kevlar beaded. Which means high pressure keeping the shape.

But.. They aren't cheap £23/$40 for 1 tire. But its all worth it.

-----------------------------------------------------

Pros
-High Pressure
-Grip
-No flats
-less rotation mass
-look hot
-hold up to alot of beating

Cons
-Pricey
-Not so big a pattern,But still grips like hell
-The 2.1 version of the tire is bigger then other 2.1 tires ( who cares )

9/10 I love them.

Get them kids !
