Step 1: Take a 12x24" handtowel:

Step 2: Fold it a third lengthways:

Step 3: Fold the other side a third so you get this:

Step 4: Roll up the end (about 3 folds)...

Step 5: ...so you get something that looks like this:

Step 6: Do the same with the other end. Note: the space inbetween the rolls should be about 8":

Step 7: Open up the middle part...

Step 8: ...and position it on your head:

Step 9: Adjust the roundness of the rolls:

Step 10: Good job! You should be proud.
