BIZHOUSE Nankai Re-issued axle
   by Trey Hayden | 17 Aug 2005 10:03 am

Ok, flatlanders, we all know how cool freecoasters are, and how they're a bitch to take apart, the brake cone being the biggest hassle (for me anyway).

Bizhouse had the genius proposition of a 4140 (way stronger than your stock 4130 axle) Chromoly axle with a built in brake cone. Yes, this bad boy is welded onto the axle itself, saving you time and work so you can ride without worrying about your freecoaster coming unpressed. Now, I also suggest riding a one-piece nankai 11t driver with it, it's a perfect fit, and hey, no cogs or brake cones again? Damn yes, this thing is a masterpiece.

The axle can be purchased online for about $35, more than a regular axle, but remember, you're saving yourself from a hell of a lot of hassle in the future, its the best 30 dollars you can spend on your freecoaster, get one.

Rider note: I'm a pretty sketchy, fast flatlander, it's held up great, over 6 months and still no problems at all, it stays smooooooth, i love it.

Costs: about $35 USD
