  01 Sep 2008 2:49 pm, First-Aid basics

I saw the injury prevention thread but what happens if you manage to get hurt anyway?

Hopefully this thread will explain what to do when that unfortunate incident does happen. The pictures will show a certain area but the same basic concept applies to anywhere else. I am first-aid certified and have personally administered first-aid to some of these injuries (some even to myself) and the doctors have never had an issue with my practices and some have even complimented me on them.

This is your basic first-aid kit. You should always have plenty of gauze, disinfectant wipes or H2O2, bandage wraps, triangle bandage wrap, medical tape, band-aids, scissors, antihistamine medication for allergies such as a bee sting, and rubber gloves.

  07 Aug 2008 2:45 pm, [How To] 360 on flat.

These are tricky. It took me a really long time to get them clean, but now that I can do them they're one of my favorite tricks. I've got some videos of them now but I don't have editing software so I couldn't put them in slow motion or crop them or anything. Sorry about cutting my head off in the screen shots.

1. You want to be going at a medium speed not too fast or you might die and not too slow because it makes the spin harder.

2. Here is a major key to doing spins on flat, you need to start carving and when you carve lean into your spin. It fees weird but it works. You want to carve and lean and turn with your body until your body has almost done a 90 without your bike leaving the ground.

A. The easiest way to wallride if ur just starting them, is off a bank, like the picture above.^
B. Some people tend to ride along side the wall, then hop and do a tabel-top, you can do it that way, but its harder and you wont get as far.
C: To get on the wall,u want to go ... read More

  24 Jul 2008 2:36 pm, [HowTo] Rawing Steel Parts

Alright, I thought that some of some of you might want to know how to strip steel parts (im using my cranks as an example) and sometimes get that sweet those sweet weld marks in the process. Before i start i just want to let you know that not all steel parts will give the the distinctive weld marks, only some parts will give the welds marks. I am using my madera protocol arms as an example.

Alright before you start stripping your parts you want to use the right materials.

I used;

-fast reducer (similiar to acetone and paint thinners but this is what i had readely at the time)

you can buy a big can like this at advanced auto parts for like 15 bucks but u dont need such a big container
